I love spicy keto recipes and these chicken thighs don't disappoint. Why chicken thighs? In the flavor department, chicken thighs win before you even start the seasoning process. Because they're dark meat, chicken thighs naturally have a more intense flavor. Also, they are the juiciest piece of chicken you'll ever make in your air fryer. For your keto needs, chicken thighs also have more of the fat fuel your body requires while on the keto diet. Chicken thighs tend to cost around one-third the price per pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, which means you can feed a family for a lot less money when you use chicken thighs. Boneless ones cost a little more, but still not comparable to the price of chicken breast. Why De La Viuda hot sauce? Flavor, Flavor, Flavor. Here's what you need:

  1. 1lb Chicken Thighs

  2. 4 tbsp De La Viuda Original Hot Sauce

  3. Salt and pepper

  4. Olive Oil

  5. Garlic Powder

  6. Tbsp Melted unsalted butter

  7. Chopper Parsley For Garnish

Here's what you do:

  1. In a bowl add your chicken thighs and coat them in, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

  2. Air Fry them at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes

  3. While the chicken is in the air fryer melt some butter in a pan.

  4. In a bowl add your De La Viuda Hot Sauce, garlic powder, and melted butter.

  5. Whisk the ingredients together

  6. Add your chicken to the newly mixed sauce and coat the chicken thoroughly.

  7. Serve with some freshly chopped parsley on top!
