Wine Review Marqués de Cáceres Albariño Deusa Nai 2011

Pardon the Punctuation...Summer is here and so is the time for a nice crisp white wine. Albariño is a grape from the Galicia region of Spain that produces a great moderately priced white wine. I picked this bottle of Marqués de Cáceres up at Costco for around $15 and decided to give it a try. A crisp, citrusy palate yet surprising elegant and silky in the finish. Definitely worth giving it a try and I'd pair it with some Manchego and maybe some grilled chicken. This might be the summer of Spanish white wine.
